When will my order be shipped?
In-stock orders will ship within 2-7 business days. Please refer to preorder item descriptions for estimated ship out date.
What if my order has in-stock and preorder items?
The order will wait to ship until everything is in stock, so please place separate orders if you would like to receive certain items ASAP.
Do you accept returns?
No, all items are final sale, please review your order carefully.
What if my order arrives damaged or is lost?
I do my best to package items carefully, but I cannot control what happens after it leaves my hands. Each package has shipping insurance, so please submit a claim with the shipping courier and contact me if necessary. Please note the final call is up to the courier, I cannot guarantee anything. Thanks for understanding.
I received the wrong item/item is defective/my order is incomplete?

Do you ship internationally?
This shop currently only ships to USA and Canada, shipping to other countries is difficult at the moment. But please reach out to me if you are interested in purchasing outside of US/CAN, maybe we can work something out. Thanks for your patience.
