When will my order be shipped? In stock orders will ship within 5-7 business days. Please refer to preorder item descriptions for estimated ship out date.
What if my order has in-stock and preorder items? The order will wait to ship until everything is in stock, so please place separate orders if you would like to receive certain items ASAP.
Do you accept returns? No, all items are final sale, please review your order carefully!
What if my order arrives damaged or is lost? I will do my best to package items carefully, but I am not responsible for what happens after it leaves my hands. If you are concerned for damage/loss, please add insurance to your order. If you don't add insurance, I can't help you if anything happens to your package. Thanks for understanding.
